After sales service is a vital component of the overall electrical offering from LECL . Our Service team is a totally autonomous division dedicated to providing 24/7 breakdown cover. Operating alongside the LECL systems business, LECL Service offers an after sales service for contracted customers. The division operates independently and concentrates wholly on the maintenance of existing installed equipment, of any manufacture. They are proficient in all aspects of the core LECL business, including drives, PLC and SCADA. They can also offer a comprehensive Profibus diagnostic service to identify issues and offer advice on solutions for all sorts of communications systems.

Breakdown response is guaranteed within the contract to suit the customers requirements.
Ad hoc service can be provided to non-contracted customers, but contracted customers are given priority and response cannot be guaranteed. We do, however, try and assist all customers and potential customers wherever possible and where resources can be obtained.
Preventative Maintenance- The benefits of planned and scheduled service are apparent in the reduction of unscheduled down time on production machinery and the consequential cost savings from improved efficiency
Planned preventative maintenance is a speciality of LECL . Our service team will work direct with customers to plan and organise an outage to maximise the amount of equipment to be checked and serviced.
Where necessary, we can also bring in resource from our other divisions for planned work and if required, provide specialist assistance from our supplier base.
Spares & Repairs- Having excellent relationships with our supply chain, we are able to offer reliable and efficient spares supply for all types of equipment. Our purchasing supply chain benefits from superb co-operation from all of the Worlds equipment suppliers. All spares are fully warrantied and supplied from reliable, authentic sources.
We can also offer repairs to PLC and drive products where cost effective.
Site Service- Using a combination of the skills available within the group, LECL can offer manufacturing site services including installation, maintenance, service and fault finding on both electrical and mechanical issues.
Systems Enhancement and Monitoring- LECL can offer a service to investigate and improve any existing machine to update and enhance operational efficiency.
Modifications to existing control systems can be handled by our service team, as well as equipment upgrades or software enhancements. Your machinery can be future proofed by the addition of current PLC and Drive hardware. Our team will handle the planning, instigation and putting to work of any machine and any control technology.
Existing control systems can be monitored to investigate control issues and problems with a range of monitoring equipment available in house. Problems such as harmonic distortion, emc interference or communications failures, can all be diagnosed and corrected by our qualified engineering team.
